The Stapled Brochure – Saddle Stitching
The especially affordable brochures with saddle stitching are ideal for yearbooks, company image & promotional brochures, information leaflets for clubs or choir and sheet music booklets of all kinds.
The brochure for not-too-extensive documents
We offer automatic brochure printing in A4 and A5 formats. Machine processing allows documents of up to 80 pages to be arranged, printed, folded, and stapled as a brochure.

Preparing print files for stapled brochures
Single page format: Please create your print file as single pages. Do not use double-page spreads, even if they appear side by side in the final print.

File format: We require your files as PDF. You can upload them in the shopping cart or send them to us via , Dropbox or WeTransfer.

Safety margins: Important text, page numbers, and elements that should not be cut off must be placed at least 0.5 cm from the edge, as production tolerances may be up to 2 mm.

Bleed margin: Images intended for full-bleed printing must extend 3 mm beyond the page edge.

Alternative to the stapled brochure: Softcover perfect binding
If your brochure will be more extensive, we recommend perfect binding. The softcover perfect binding allows you to bind significantly thicker documents than saddle stitching – up to 350 sheets.

Additionally, the comb binding is an option. It handles up to 440 sheets, enabling the binding of up to 880 double-sided printed pages.
