We, the sedruck KG and all affiliated Sedruck copy shops, naturally comply with the regulations on data protection as outlined by the GDPR and do everything within our power to keep your data confidential and safe. In the following, we will inform you about which data we collect, save and how we use it. By using our online presence www.sedruck.de and setting up a SEDRUCK customer account, you accept this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions and expressly agree to the collection, use, disclosure, storage and protection of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy. According to the current EU Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to free information about your stored data and, if necessary, a right to correct, block or delete this data. 2. Processing of personal data

Data Collection You can visit our pages without leaving any personal information. In doing so, we only store technical access data that does not permit any conclusion on your person. All data relating to the personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable person are person-related. These include, for example, the name, e-mail address, home address, gender, date of birth, telephone number or age. Personal data is only collected if you voluntarily provide it as a customer or prospective customer by: creating a customer account or giving us your contact details voluntarily or registering for our newsletter. Users must create a user account for order,ing for which the required mandatory information is requested during the registration. The user accounts are not public and can not be indexed by search engines. As part of the registration and login and use of our online services, we store the IP address and the time of the respective user action. The storage is based on our legitimate interests, as well as the user's protection against misuse and other unauthorized use. A transfer of these data to third parties does not take place, unless it is necessary for the prosecution of our claims or there is a legal obligation in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR.We do not collect data from minors. If you are under the age of majority then you are not allowed to use this website. Please do not send any personal information such as your name, e-mail address or postal address. A contact may only be made by your parents or a legal representative.

Usage We use the personal data provided by you exclusively for the fulfillment and completion of the purpose associated with the respective data collection, e.g. order fulfillment, consultation on data, handling of shipping, payment and quality management. The processing takes place according to GDPR Art. 6 para. 1 b and c.

Transfer The passing on of the data for the fulfillment of the mentioned service takes place on the basis of § 11 Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG). We will not sell, market or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties. A disclosure of your data only happens to the extent necessary, i.e. if it is necessary for the preparation of an offer, the processing of the order and the monitoring of the payment processes, e.g. to shipping service providers, collection companies and suppliers. Your data will only be forwarded abroad if it is necessary in the context of the fulfillment of the order during the processing of the shipment abroad and the payments there.

Storage The storage period of your personal data depends on the purpose for which it is stored. If your data is e.g. stored for the fulfillment of legal obligations, then the storage period depends on the respective legal storage obligations. In general, we only store your data for as long as it is necessary for the fulfillment of the original purpose.

The deletion takes place after the expiration of legal warranty and comparable obligations. The necessity of keeping the data according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR is reviewed every three years.

If users have terminated their user account, their data will be deleted with regard to the user account, with the exception of retention for purposes as mandated by commercial or tax law according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR. It is the responsibility of the users to secure their data upon termination prior to the end of the contract. We are entitled to irretrievably delete all user data stored during the term of the contract.

Contact form On our site, we offer you the opportunity to contact us via a contact form, via e-mail or by phone. The information provided by the user for the purpose of processing the contact request is processed according to GDPR art. 6 para. 1, b. A passing on to third parties does not take place. The information provided by the user may be stored in a customer relationship management system. User requests are deleted, if no longer required. This requirement is reviewed every two years.

Guestbook When you leave a comment in our guestbook we do not store the IP address associated with the entry.

Newsletter/Quarterly informations By subscribing to our newsletter, you give your consent to the procedure described here. We send the newsletter or our quarterly product information only with the consent of the recipient or a legal permit and only once a quarter and inform you about our products, services and technical changes in the online shop. The registration for our newsletter takes place in a so-called double-opt-in-procedure, in which you will receive an e-mail after registration, in which we only enter your e-mail address, in which you will be asked to confirm your registration. This confirmation is necessary to ensure that no one can register e-mail addresses of other people in the system and is based on our legitimate interest in accordance with art. 6 para. 1, f GDPR. The confirmation of the registration is logged for verification purposes by storing the registration and confirmation times as well as the IP address. You may unsubscribe from our quarterly information at any time by using a termination link found in each such e-mail. The unsubscribed e-mail addresses are stored for about two years on the basis of our legitimate interest, before we delete them, in order to be able to prove a previously given consent, with the aim of fending off unjustified claims against us. You can initiate the individual deletion in writing and at the same time confirm the former existence of a consent.

Google adwords / Online marketing and targeting

a. Google Dynamic Remarketing

Our website uses the dynamic remarketing feature of Google AdWords, a service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. This technology enables us to serve you targeted advertising. The advertising is based on the products for which you have recently been interested.

Google uses cookies to create interest-based ads. Google saves eg. the IP address, the browser type, the browser language, the date and time of your request. This information is only for the purpose of associating the web browser with a particular computer. These cookies are not intended to identify the user. b. Google Ads und Google Conversion Tracking, Double Click

6. Information on data protection according to GDPR when using Secupay as a payment processor

When paying via the payment methods "secupay debit", "secupay credit card" the purchase price claim is transferred to secupay AG, Goethestraße 6, 01896 Pulsnitz, Germany. The debit of your bank or credit card account takes place upon completion of the order. The data required for payment processing will be transmitted to secupay AG. In order to assess the credit risk, secupay AG may conduct a credit check. Information on your previous payment history and credit information based on mathematical-statistical methods using address data (scoring) are obtained from infoscore Consumer Data GmbH, Rheinstrasse 99, 76532 Baden-Baden, Germany and Creditreform Boniversum GmbH, Hellersbergstr. 11, 41460 Neuss, Germany. 7. Information on data protection according to GDPR for credit checks and payment reminders

Our company regularly checks the credit status of new customers and in certain cases where there is a legitimate interest, even for existing customers. For this purpose, we cooperate with Creditreform Boniversum GmbH, Hellersbergstraße 11, 41460 Neuss, Germany, from whom we receive the necessary data. On behalf of Creditreform Boniversum we already inform you in advance about the following, according to Art. 14 EU GDPR: Creditreform Boniversum GmbH is a consumer information agency. It operates a database that stores credit information about individuals. On this basis, Creditreform grants Boniversum credit ratings to its clients. Clients include, for example, credit institutions, leasing companies, insurance companies, telecommunications companies, receivables management companies, mail order companies, wholesalers and retailers, as well as other companies that supply or provide goods or services. Within the scope of the legal provisions, a part of the data available in the information database will also be used for the supply of other company databases, i. a. used for address trading purposes.

In particular, the Creditreform Boniversum database stores information about the name, address, date of birth, if applicable, the e-mail address, payment history and the ownership of persons. The purpose of the processing of the stored data is the provision of information about the creditworthiness of the requested person. The legal basis for processing is Article 6 (1f) EU GDPR. Information about these data may only be provided if a customer credibly demonstrates a legitimate interest in the knowledge of this information. The data are stored as long as their knowledge is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose of the storage. The knowledge is usually required for a storage period of initially three years. In case of settlement of the facts, the data will be deleted exactly three years after completion. Insofar as the data stored about you should be wrong, you are entitled to correction or deletion. If it is not possible to determine immediately whether the data is incorrect or correct, you are entitled to block the relevant data until clarification. If your data is incomplete, you can ask for its completion. If you have given your consent to the processing of the data stored with Creditreform Boniversum, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time. The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data based on your consent until any revocation has been made.

To describe your credit rating, Creditreform Boniversum provides a score for your data. The score value includes data on age and gender, address data and partially payment history data. These data are included in the score calculation with different weightings. Creditreform Boniversum customers use the scores as an aid in making their own credit decisions.

Right of objection: The processing of the data stored at Creditreform Boniversum GmbH is carried out for compelling reasons worth mentioning for creditors and credit protection, which regularly outweighs your interests, rights and freedoms, or serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
