Creation of the print data for the hardcover layflat photo book
With our online designer, creating your book will super fast and easy. Here you can freely design your inside pages and the book cover. First select a desired number of pages for your book. The amount of pages should be between 24 and 96 pages. In the designer, the number of pages can then be added or reduced if necessary. The inner part starts with a right side. Use this page to get a good first impression. There is space here for an introduction, dedication or a particularly great snapshot that will make you look forward to the next few pages. Using the menu on the left, you can upload your images to the online designer or use the drag and drop function to drag them directly into the layout. You can load single files or multiple files into the online designer. Make further design options. To do this, you can insert texts and colors manually in the designer. You can also use our layout templates to arrange your images and text quickly and easily. A good resolution should be given in any case in order to enable a brilliant print result. Also, make sure there is enough space to the edge of the page. If you place text, images or page numbers, they should have a minimum distance of 0.5 cm from the edge.
The book cover can be designed just as easily and individually as the inside pages. The cover consists of 3 elements; the front (U1), the back (U4) and the spine of the book. This enables the book cover to be designed all round. The online designer automatically generates a PDF file that you can download in the shopping cart. Check in the PDF file that all fonts and images are displayed as desired. If you agree, you can simply continue with the order. The PDF documents are then saved with your job for printing.
