How to order your custom-designed Valueweight T

First, choose your preferred color for the Fruit of the Loom Valueweight T. The classic shirt has a fabric weight of approximately 165 g/m², or approximately 160 g/m² for white, and depending on the color, is made predominantly or entirely from cotton. The crew neck with cotton/Lycra® rib, self-colored neck tape and classic fit provide comfortable wear. Next, position your design, photo, logo or text in the online designer or upload ready-to-print files. Then select the size, quantity, production method and shipping option. This allows us to produce your custom-designed shirt quickly and reliably.

Our DTG direct-to-garment printing process

With our modern DTG direct-to-garment printing process, your desired design – such as a logo, photo, illustration or text – is printed directly onto the textile using high-quality inkjet technology. Thanks to its higher stitch density, the Fruit of the Loom Valueweight T provides an even surface and is particularly well suited for textile customization. Direct-to-garment printing enables soft, flexible and detailed designs and is ideal for photos, color gradients, fine lines and multicolor artwork. Since no separate printing plates are required, both single items and different designs can be produced flexibly. Production takes place directly at our print shop in Leipzig.

Custom-designed shirts – comfortable and durable

To keep the design, colors and material looking their best for as long as possible, we recommend taking gentle care of your customized shirt. Turn the T-shirt inside out before washing and wash it at a low temperature on a gentle cycle whenever possible. Avoid tumble drying if possible and do not iron directly over the printed area. Gentle care helps the DTG print remain vibrant and detailed even after many washes, while the cotton fabric retains its comfortable feel.
